The answers to today’s Quordle, game #897, are…

  • EJECT
  • DRIVE
  • CLUCK
  • CLOUD

A couple of toughies to watch out for among today’s Quordles. Chief among them is EJECT, a word that has a repeated E and also an uncommon J. You might think that X, Q or Z would be the least common letter in the game, but in reality J appears less frequently. Or at least that’s the case in my analysis of every Wordle answer, and I imagine the same applies to Quordle, given that they’re such similar games.

CLUCK is also an answer that contains a repeated letter, as well as a slightly uncommon letter in K. Solve those two and you’ll have been OK here.
